Dr. David Sung , DMD
General Dentist
Dr. Sung received a biology degree from the University of Michigan and graduated from the Temple University School of Dentistry in 2001. He has been practicing with Media Lima Dental since 2005. He successfully completed his AIC Implant training in 2007 and received his first orthodontic certification in 2005.
One of Dr. Sung's favorite things about being a dentist is combining working with his hands and artistry to help patients achieve their best smiles. In addition, he truly appreciates and values the relationships he builds with patients and his teammates.
He is widely praised for practicing excellent dentistry and for his pain-free techniques. He has a very conservative treatment approach while emphasizing patient comfort and long-term welfare. It is his goal to provide every patient with a pleasant experience as he caters to each patient's individual needs.
When he is not at work, he devotes most of his weekends to his wife and two children. He is an avid sports fan, especially of the University of Michigan, and enjoys taking on DIY projects in his home. During snowstorms, you might find him creating giant snow sculptures for his kids!

Dr. John Kwon , DMD
Pediatric Dentist
Not every child enjoys visiting their doctor or dentist for his or her regular check-up. Having a beautiful “princess” of his own and an adventurous son with boundless energy, Dr. John understands the challenges parents face when it comes to starting and maintaining their child’s oral hygiene. It was only natural that Dr. John decided to combine his desire to create a positive dental experience for children with his passion for dentistry.
During his two-year post-doctoral fellowship in pediatric dentistry and advanced hospital training at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Dr. John recognized that treating children from infancy through their teenage years was not the same. Thus, Dr. John helps his patients and their families understand that every child’s oral health care need and management is different. But what remains constant is the privilege Dr. John feels when he can share each patient’s unique journey with them.
Dr. John’s path to becoming a pediatric dentist was also a unique journey. After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), he flew across the country to solve complex business problems for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry as a management consultant. Then he committed himself to advance the development of life-saving therapies for Hemophilia and Von Willebrand Disease patients worldwide at a biotech company. While working with children with medically complex bleeding disorders, Dr. John realized that he wanted to dedicate his life to directly impacting the lives of children as a healthcare provider.
While training at the Nation’s #1 Children’s Hospital, The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Dr. John gained valuable clinical experience managing dental trauma, treating medically complex patients and children with severe disabilities requiring advanced treatment planning and techniques, sedation, and orthodontics. Dr. John graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine with Honors in Clinical Restorative Dentistry. He was awarded the Henry B. Robinson Award in Restorative Dentistry for graduating with the highest proficiency in clinical dentistry and was selected into the prestigious National Dental Honor Society – Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU).
Dr. John loves bringing smiles to children and makes his patient’s oral health care his top priority. In his spare time, Dr. John enjoys volunteering his time with international medical/dental mission organizations, playing tennis with his son, tasting new cuisines, and watching Philadelphia and Boston sports teams.

Dr. Travis Perry , DMD
General Dentist
Dr. Perry received a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Temple University. In 2012, he received a DMD degree from Temple University School of Dentistry. Next, he completed a one-year General Practice Residency at St. Joseph Medical Center in Reading, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Perry loves making patients smile, whether it is by saying "no cavities" or by helping patients reclaim their confidence through dentistry. He likes to believe that if nitrous oxide (also known as "laughing gas") were a person, it would be him. However, if his soft voice, calm demeanor, and gentle touch aren't enough, no worries - he's also licensed to administer nitrous oxide!
When he's not taking care of patients, you can also find him at his second home, the gym, either swimming, participating in a group fitness class, or lifting weights...or maybe all three in one day! Most people don't know that he's also a group fitness instructor.
